Direct deposit
Payments made via direct deposit take up to 3 business days to process. Please notify your consultant of your payment once it has been processed. Payment can be made by direct deposit as follows:

Credit card
Credit card surcharges are applicable for all transactions. TravelPay will automatically calculate the applicable fee, which will be detailed on your transaction confirmation.
Fees (as of 20 April 2023):
- Mastercard — 1.2%
- Visa — 1.4%
- Amex — 1.8%
- International credit card — 3% (applies to all credit cards issued outside Australia)
‘TravelPay’ will appear on your credit card statement.
Payments are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD) only.
