The range of Back Track Adventures’ holidays is continually expanding. Our holidays vary from being very physically demanding (Graded as Challenging) through to little physical demand at all (Graded Relaxed and Indulgent). Back Track Adventures’ holidays visit exotic locations worldwide.  It is important that you understand the fitness requirements of any holiday before you book.

Grading: Easy

Suitable for anyone in good health and fitness. View our Easy holiday tours: The Great Southern Africa Safari, Best Exotic India and Kerala.

Grading: Moderate

Suitable for anyone in good health and fitness. Holiday will involve trekking and may also involve other physical activities as indicated in the itinerary. A minimum 3 month, personal pre trip training/walking program is recommended depending on your current fitness level when booking.

Grading: Challenging

Strenuous trekking and possibly other physical activities are involved as indicated in the itinerary. You must be very fit. As a minimum undertaking a disciplined 6 month, personal pre trip training/walking programme is recommended depending on your  current fitness level when booking.

BEFORE YOU UNDERTAKE ANY TRAINING PROGRAM

Before undertaking any training program, consult your Doctor to discuss your current health status and suitability for a rigid training schedule.

Our trek leader and qualified personal trainer Ray Baker, runs regular training sessions in Brisbane on Sunday. Anyone who books a trip to ANYWHERE with Back Track Adventures is welcome to attend.
